6th Anniversary

Today is my 6th anniversary of initiation to prostate play and encounter with my very first Aneros, the Classic Helix Syn. It’s been quite the journey beginning with all the frustration typically experienced by most newbies.

With time, patience and especially the help and guidance of my fellow forum members, I’ve been able to escalate the level of pleasures to an indescribable level. I feel I’m far more educated on my newfound pleasures and my whole body.

At 67 years of age, I’m in the best shape of my life with regards to male sex and prostate health.
I’ve also been fortunate enough to have made good friends along the way which is a great way to share details of a journey that cannot be shared with anyone else outside of the Aneros brotherhood.

Hail To The Helix

I haven’t blogged much lately but I’ve decided to make this entry as the subject is an important step in my journey even if I’ve written about this topic before.

I’ve started my Aneros experience (and prostate play) on Jan 18, 2016; 6 years minus a few weeks. My first tool was the Classic Helix Syn and it was my only unit for almost the entire first year. I acquired my Progasm Ice as my second massager and although it was a great addition, my HS had not lost its place as my preferred one. Since then, over the years, I’ve added several more to my collection but again, my original HS retained its special place in preference.

Approximately a year and a half ago, I broke the front tab of my CHS and the only thing holding it in place is the silicone envelope over the arm. The unit itself is still good but there is no longer a front pivot to activate motion of the massager. It all has to be done by pure PF muscles which worked fine for me as I have full control of them.

Last year, I had a chance to acquire the Trident version of my Helix Syn thinking it would replace the broken one. It turned out to be different but just as good as the original one but for sentimental reasons, I never threw away the broken one. Read more »

My New Helix Syn Trident

I just received my new Helix Syn Trident and Progasm Ice to replace my first two original massagers.
Last night was the night to try the HST and I wanted to share the experience but first, it’s important to describe the packaging and the unit itself. It had been a few years since I last opened up an Aneros massager box and it’s easy to forget about the efforts the company has invested in presenting their products. The attractive package will impress anyone fortunate enough to receive it as a purchase or a gift. It is extremely well made, very colorful and the flap magnet separates it from the average packaged box. Several years ago, I used to store my first 2 units in their original boxes but eventually, with several more toys added to my collection, I keep them all in a hardwood box so the original packaging were chucked.

Pulling out the HST from it’s formed nest, the feel is quite a bit different from it’s HS Classic version; it feel more velvety and maybe a little less fragile compared to the original. When compared side by side, the new one is slightly smaller and shorter. The angle from it’s axis also seems a tad less pronounced. My overall impression while looking at it in my hand was, feels nice but how can a noticeably smaller and less aggressive unit possibly yield better results than the previous company’s flagship version? Aless Extraordinaire

My last full Aneros session was on Feb 25 in anticipation of a sigmoidoscopy procedure scheduled for March 4th. I’ve been riding on the Aless wagon ever since. This hiatus gave me a chance to try new ways of achieving prostate pleasures including the use of reverse Kegels and other methods.

Last night, my Aless session involved rubbing my perineum vigorously while diddling my nipples coupled with deep diaphragm breathing. Towards the end, I fully engaged my penis for an extended period of edging and then reverted back to my perineum/nipple play. I was very surprised as to how pleasurable the entire experience was.

After doing this for a few hours, I retired to bed (at midnight). As I lay in bed beside me very sound asleep wife, I was enjoying the tingling of my prostate area. Not asleep yet but drifting, suddenly, a massive wave of pleasure engulfed my entire body. This was undoubtedly an orgasm but not an earth-shattering one. It was more like calm seas but it lasted several minutes. The feeling then subsided only to return several minutes later but with even less intensity.

This had happened several times before but I was never sure if they were in my dreams or reality. Last night, however, confirmed that they are real and very pleasurable. So parts of my body could be asleep while others are busy at work!

Life is truly wonderful.

Sigmoidoscopy

Today, I’m getting ready for a sigmoidoscopy and hemorrhoid ligation procedure scheduled for tomorrow morning. I’ve been holding back on Aneros sessions since last Saturday night so there would be no trace of my olive oil lube. I’ve been indulging, however in Aless sessions at least twice daily which is my usual practice.
I’ve been through this process less than 3 years ago and it’s not painful nor does it have lasting effects. I do plan to hold back full sessions for at least a week following the procedure.

5-Year Anniversary

I haven’t blogged much lately but I’m compelled to do so tonight.
It was 5 years ago today that I inserted my first prostate massager; my Helix Syn (Classic of course). Within the same year, I added my Progasm Ice and a few more since.

My journey has been nothing short of spectacular! It has completely changed my life and I’m a better man and husband for it. Prostate play has given me alternate avenues to deal with my sexless marriage without compromising my vows.

Although I’ve not joined the Elite Super-O Club yet, every single Aneros, Aless, edging and ruined sessions I experience are exactly that, a GREAT experience.

I’ve learned so much about myself and men sexuality since that day. I’m thankful to Aneros and to all my friends whom have helped and inspired me. I can’t name them all but guys like @bigglansdc, @goldenboy and @sowithoutaneros stand out as they played major roles in my progress. I’m grateful to them all.
I look forward to the next 5 years and beyond.

Calm Waters

Last night, I had a fantastic session with my Classic Eupho Syn! I experienced, for the first time, the state of ‘calm waters’ often referenced in the forum. On occasion, I get to that point but it’s usually in Aless session; this was a first with a massager inserted.

I would welcome that sensation anytime!

Next session is planned for tonight and my prostate is whispering one of two massagers, my Classic Helix Syn or my old reliable Classic Maximus.

Broken Classic Helix Syn

A while ago, I wrote about having broken the P-arm on my Classic Helix Syn while cleaning it. It’s the hard plastic core inside the arm that broke but the outside silicone coating is still holding the arm tied to the unit. This means no more perineum pivot point left to cycle pressure against my prostate.

My heart was broken as this was the unit that initiated me in the wonderful world of prostate play over four years ago but for some reason, I decided to not chuck it away. I did use it once since but that session was a dud for other reasons. Again, I had decided to keep it in my collection.

On Saturday night, my prostate was in the mood for a mild session which usually steers me to my Classic Eupho Syn but, instead, I opted for the injured HS. This was going to be the deciding factor whether it stays in the collection or gets a one way trip to the dump.

No sooner inserted, it went to work stimulating my innards as if nothing was broken. The pressure on my perineum was much lighter (feather-light) than the medium pressure usually experienced with the Syn models. But what surprised me the most was the sensation generated by the very light touch of the arm on the perineum. For some uncomprehending reason, that area became the center of my session. It was as if the end of the arm was tickling me rather than digging on my perineum mound. The combination of perineum tickling combined with prostate being stroked at the head was almost unbearable. Eupho Syn Euphorium Weekend

Hi everyone.
It’s extremely rare (in fact I don’t remember if it ever happened) that I use the same massager in two back to back sessions. This is exactly what happened last weekend.

On Friday night, I felt like a low key, non aggressive session and so my body whispered it’s choices tool, the Classic Eupho Syn. The plan was to have a quiet session designed to simply sit back and enjoy whatever sensation the unit would yield me. Sometimes, I feel like having an aggressive approach so my MGX or Progasm Ice would be selected. This time, the ES did not disappoint!

As soon as it was inserted, I was transported to the edge of bliss but rather on the calm side. At no point in the session was I looking for more results than what I was experiencing, I did not try to escalate anything, as I sometimes do, in a quest to get to Super O country.

The session was such a great success that I simply wanted an encore on Saturday night. Well the short history repeated itself. My two-session weekend was exactly what my prostate prescribed!

The Classic Eupho Syn definatly has its place in my arsenal!
