When I orgasm during sex now, it feels different. It feels like my whole pelvic floor is involved in the orgasm.
*It’s like this:* my pelvic floor is super relaxed and then as the orgasm builds it almost feels as if my anus is opening up?
And then, weirdly, it’s almost as if I’m about to defecate lol as I ejaculate? The thought that I am going to does momentarily cross my mind.
