I used JB Weld PlasticWeld to thicken and lengthen the ends of the trident prongs after cleaning and roughening the ends with sandpaper.
It was easy to shape by gently forming the PlasticWeld with fingers only. It set hard after about 4 hours.
The modified aneros is comfy enough to wear for hours now.
Use a lighter to slowly soften and then reshape the arms (place under cold water to set the plastic in position) – in order to shift where the tip of the aneros reaches inside you.
