Basically the feeling when you lose blood flow in a certain area in your body and it kinda feels like ant bites somewhat. I was just doing my usual thing and suddenly decided to try something new, so I start doing constistent heavy breathing. After about a minute my body started feeling numb even after I stopped for like a good 3 min. Didnt feel bad or good, nor could I feel really my prostate anymore. I didn’t feel like this helped me get any closer to anything. I was just wondering what your guys take on it is, and if I should improve upon this or try a different strat?
