2 weeks ago, I ordered the ‘Vice 2’ and It has been stuck at the “shipping label created, USPS awaiting Item” stage for 2 weeks. I figured that the wait might have been due to the recent winter-storm that crippled basically all of Texas, but today I finally decided to review my order invoice, and it looks like I accidentally entered my house number as my town, and I think that might be why. I contacted them through email, explaining the problem, and listed my full address correctly this time, along with the order number. Do you think Aneros will correct the problem, and if not, do they offer refunds at this stage?
