Had a crazy A-less experience last night!

I bought a Helix Syn during the September sale from the official website. I opened the package and I noticed the red handle was severely scratched. Like it had been dragged across sand paper. The silicone is intact however.

I don’t see how it should be scratched, the box was sealed. The plastic cutout should not be hard enough to scratch the toy. I got paranoid and I checked the website. Apparently Aneros accepts product returns in a 90 day period. Why do companies even allow returns of sex toys?

There was also an odor on the silicone but it got removed when I washed it off. I think it was just the packaging.

I don’t really plan on returning the product since I already threw away the box. Did anyone else receive scratched, brand new items?

Helix Syn – not a fan

The Aneros intrigued me as I’ve never experienced a handsfree “Super O” as they call it, despite having a long history of anal play and pegging. Horribly painful blue balls. Am I close or doing something incorrectly?
