Progress + thoughts

I have made a ton of progress since my last time posting here. I can ooze a ton more now in a session, and I can get really strong P-Waves, but I haven’t reached another Super-O.

One thing I’ve realized though that’s helped me get strong waves was putting time between sessions. I think I was doing them too close to each other before, so I started putting a whole week in between them. I also withheld from masturbation.

The other thing I think that has helped me get closer was relaxing. I’m bad at that, but I remember the reason why I had my first, albeit short, Super-O, and that was because I was tired. It seems to me, being able to relax, and get to that point of almost falling asleep seems to be right where I need to get massive P-Waves.

So I’m making progress, and the key was that I wasn’t relaxing properly, I was still too focused on moving the Aneros, instead of relaxing and enjoying the ride. I’ve found too that certain other Hypno files I had worked better for relaxing even though they weren’t Aneros related.

Nexus Sparta or Aneros Vice?

I’ve been thinking about getting a new toy, and was interested in hearing some opinions on the two from people who have used them. I’m also open to suggestions for other toys that might beat either of the two I’m looking at.

Lets see. Where do I start. A little over a year ago I got a progasm. I have “no experience”, but it looked well made and I thought, it’s so big it’s bound to hit whatever it needs to hit. I didn’t make much progress with it. So I read frequently about people changing aneros to fit them. So my next one was the helix syn. Despite being smaller, it hit a place where the prograsm didn’t (in a good way). I am pretty sure that it hit my prostate as I was thinking “so that’s what it feels like”. I tried the helix syn for a month or two and didn’t feel any progress beyond the first 10 mins. I wondered if the P-tab was too bendy and maybe I should try the helix classic. That takes me to now. I do think that the helix classic pivots better with the non bendy tabs. I think I felt more movement. It was pretty much the same experience though, 10 mins of “good feelings” and then nothing. The positive is that the 10 mins felt a little stronger than the helix syn. I try to be chill about it and not force anything, but I wait and wait and nothing builds.

I read several guides and it makes me wonder if everyone just has their own recipe to what works.

Contraction challenge

Hi all! I have been a regular aneros user for the past 3 year. I went through the process of rewiring but still hit a road block some of the time and while in a session today tried to change up what my thought process is. After about 30 minutes of letting my aneros do it’s thing on all foursI roll over onto my sit with my legs bent up close to my chest and count contractions. Every time I hit 100 I start over at 1 and try a new breathing and contraction technique. Sometimes I go quickly, sometimes I let it go slow, and on each contraction I am breathing with it at the pace of the contraction. I know for some of the newer folks here who don’t have the pc contraction figured out yet his might seem complicated. But if you can focus on getting the aneros to go in and out even just a tiny amount and breathing through it, feelings of pleasure will build over time. Do not strive for orgasm but rather imagine the aneros pushing on the nerves in your prostate that make you orgasm. I often fantasize about the first time I had sex without a condom and how strong that orgasm was. I can recall the feeling as things build and get really strong multi minute orgasms with a lot of leakage this way. Don’t get frustrated if you aren’t orgasming, keep at it and if you feel in the mood try to dedicate an hour a session to it! Not every session will lead to orgasms but they will always feel good and energize your day!

The start of a p-wave?

I’ve had my aneros for about a few weeks now, and lately I’ve been experimenting with the “do nothing” approach. Yesterday I managed to have some interesting feelings doing this, I’m wondering if it was the start of a p-wave.

I started by laying on my side with the aneros in, doing some deep breathing exercises. I found that by focusing on the sensation of pressure against my prostate, I could get that feeling to spread, into my perineum and penis. At this point I started to get an erection. That was followed by a feeling of “fullness”, as if the aneros was getting larger inside of me. Then there was a sort of tingling numbness that started in my sphincter and spread to my butt cheeks. It wasn’t exactly a pleasurable feeling, but it was interesting. The whole thing lasted 20-30 seconds at which point I lost focus and the sensations stopped.

So, was this the start of a p-wave?

This feeling happened 2-3 more times, and each time I would lose focus or get too excited after a while and it would stop. Once I tried contracting slightly when it was happening, but that made it stop as well.

So, how can I encourage this feeling to continue building? It seems to me the key is relaxation, every time I would get too excited it would stop.

Anyhow, I wanted to share because I’m excited to be making some progress. I’m starting to enjoy my sessions for what they are, instead of wishing for more.

I just did my third session, starting with the progasm and finished off with a vibrator. I tried to do some deep breathing with the progasm and I feel that I made some progress. I had a new sensation, like the progasm was hitting a new area. The sensation was slight, sort of like a tickle with a pleasurable slight burning. The feeling lasted for maybe 5-10 minutes but then I lost it.

It’s been weeks since I last used my Aneros. Possibly 2 months. I had kind of given up. I haven’t done much anal play either with my dildo or nJoy Pure Wand. Been sticking to traditional masturbation for the post part. I guess I got too frustrated trying to have an anal/prostate orgasm.

But, recently I wanted to play with my ass once again. Just a sudden urge that came up.

Today I was too lazy to use the dildo or nJoy Pure Wand. And I was in a very “feminine” mood. Like, for some reason I wanted to play with my prostate. So I took out my Helix, lubed it up, and stuck it in.

First let me say that a few days ago I read somewhere on this thread some advice. One part of the advice was too “deep breath into my balls”. Which I immediately started doing. I didn’t do any contractions at all. Just deep breaths and relaxing on my side. One thing I noticed within a few minutes was my rectum was getting worked up a bit. Like, I was focusing on the sensation and could feel my blood rushing around in there. As a result, involuntarily contraction started.

Overview of My First Progasm Experience: Meh

My first experience with prostate play was a bit of a letdown but finished with some pleasure.

I then tried rocking it around a little by thrusting my hips and then tugging slightly on it with my hand – still didn’t feel much.
