Any tips for pressure building / how to swell-up ?

I’m 28M non rewired 5 years user. 5 years ago I had my prostate really sensible and the pressure was so good that I could feel my prostate swelling-up w/o the Aneros in ( I was already experimented with anal ). But, I was doing my session wrong. I was forcing stimulation by chain contracting my muscles. I had good sensation almost orgasmic. I did not know how to induce involontaries.

Now, I had some progress during my sessions. I had some involontaries (my first was recently). I understand a little how to induce involontaries (with the “do nothing” method) and I have better control of my muscles.

But, I have a new problem now. I can not build up pressure in my prostate. I do not feel it like it was 5 years ago. I think if I could have my “old prostate sensibility” and my today experience I could achieved an orgasm.

So, how could I regain control over the pressure build-up and make it more consistent between a session and an other ? I think it’s the key to progress in my journey.

Question getting over the hump

My last session I was really close to getting either a HFO or a HFWO. I never experienced either. I felt like I was on the edge of cumming which was probably about an hour but I couldn’t get over it. How do it get over that hump? That was the closest I’ve ever felt like I was going to cum.

Secondly how do I make my sessions shorter? I feel like when I do my sessions it takes a while for me to really get warmed up and I’m the mood. Probably about 1-2 hours then the build up happens. Does it get shorter with experience or is it something I’m going to have to deal with. Thanks!

Heart rate and stress peaks on Garmin device during Aneros Trident session

I just had the most amazing sessions with my Aneros Trident inserted, while leaning back in my office chair in my home office. I used my nipples to raise the tempo and it was heaven.

The vibes were strongest I have had to date – not sure if p-waves, o or super – but they were fantastic.

My resting heart rate is normally around 50 bpm, according to my Garmin fitness device but it was up around 100 (max 105) while I was having fun – for about 15mins.

Hi, I just got my very first Aneros line – the Helix Syn V. I’ve never experienced super O in my life so I want to try. Lube never slick enough

I feel like every combination of lube I’ve ever tried has just never been slick enough and dries out too fast. I’ve tried oils, water based, silicon based. Shooting a bunch inside. The aneros never seems to move freely for very long. Good lube makes it way more comfortable, but I never get that slick feeling of the device moving easily.

When you know, do you know?

I’m having incredible sessions. I know I’ve found my prostate, and i know I’m doing the right thing, but I’m not sure if I’ve had a super o or even a hfdo.
