I’m having an Aneros Helix for a few weeks. Unfortunately, I have not yet been able to induce involuntary contractions of the sphincter and PC muscles by tensing and relaxing them. It also doesn’t make sense to me how this is supposed to be brought about by training these muscles (-> mindgasm). After all, if I train these muscles, they get stronger, get used to the load, which is rather counterproductive to involuntary contractions due to fatigue, isn’t it?
Does anyone have any tips on how I can achieve involuntary contractions as a precursor to a (super) O?
The massage of the prostate by the Aneros is also rather weak/barely felt by me. I suspect that the Helix is too short and thin (I feel more with the Nexus Glide) and will try the Progasm. Thanks in advance for your tips.

How do you focus the energy and buildup
So when the aneros / or aless is building… its almost as if like an electrical current in your body is building up (is the way i would describe it). I find that this sometimes can get very harsh and powerful and sometimes it is more of a gental energy. I would describe the Super O as when the energy keeps flicking super fast thru the body and prostate area and then all of a sudden it just stops and you get the calm seas super O where it feels like you are floating thru space.
The question is what do you focus the energy on when it builds, do you try and keep it calm and slow, or do you enjoy when you clench (or kegal) and the energy builds and builds. I have had mixed results with both methods. But i much prefer the calm energy that slowly builds. I find the harsh energy can sometimes make your entire body start to twitch all over.
Do other people have this same build up of energy style (fwiw i rarely use the aneros anymore as I can do it all Aless… especailly with thc it just sets it off instantly) But just seeing which method people use to reach their super O..
I find the best sessions are when i try and almost stop the energy (which is impossible on thc) and try and stop the body from performing keegals and it eventually gets too much and I have to give into it.

I tend to get pressure in front of my tailbone. Not painful, but sometimes the pressure is a bit much. Maybe a little uncomfortable and mentally distracts me from trying to feel the prostate.
I haven’t seen this mentioned here before. Just wondering if that’s a normal feeling or if I should, I don’t, get checked out?
Again it is not painful but it can sometimes get a bit uncomfortable.

Success?! (Aneros Progasm Ice)
So I’ve been playing with my prostate every now and then for a few months, I tried the Aneros Helix, but I couldn’t feel it when inside me. I’ve had p waves before but nothing more.

Quick question. When I use an aneros, my go to method is to relax and not clench. I’m curious for those who have success with the do nothing method, what do you do when you go aless?
How do you handle the shakes?
I love aneros and have had a handful of Super Os, but I always seem to plateau at body shakes. They are pleasurable but often shift my mind back into striving after tension to achieve more pleasure which, of course, kills the pleasure build.
