My experiences after 10 years of aneros

Aneros user of about 10 years. Warning: long post ahead. Unfortunately no TL:DR. Tips and tricks section after the wall of text 🙂

While penis-centered sexuality as I learnt it as a teenager is more of a mechanical approach the joy your prostatate can give you requires a more holistic process. For me set and setting are important. Nowadays I rarely have time to use my aneros (job,kids,friends, sports … ) but when the opportunity arises the foreplay / preperation is an important part of the experience.

Throughout the day (s before) I do some PC muscle squeezes which already activate my prostate because it knows whats to come. I like to take a bath or a nice hot shower, do some hair removal around my penis, the balls and the perineum/anus (Sugaring ftw!) so everything is smooth and hairless, give myself a pedicure (soft feet feel amazing 😉 and eventually put on a jockstrap (it feels sexy and keeps the penis out of the way while the anus is accessible) and douche just for the ease of mind. Ill then go about some chores, gardenwork, go for a walk or do some yoga, sometimes with a buttplug in, sometimes without – all in the sexy anticipation of whats to come.

Working out with my peridise on

I just wanted to share my recent experience (Like literally today) with my aneros peridise.

Couple of hours ago, I was woken up by my prostate with my helix syn on and I decided to go to the gym to do some light workout. I was horny when I woke up but had to shake it off, somehow. Ironically, I decided to put on a toy inside and I chose peridise just because it’s snuggly and I was confident it wasn’t gonna easily slip out.

As I was using the treadmill, I stayed on a walking speed. In each step, it was giving me this pleasant feeling and gently rubbed inside. It kept building up on my prostate and it lingered thoughout the cardio session. When I started sprinting, the sensation became less gentle and more rugged. It was still pleasant. No O’s just the feel good kind of sensation. I finished with some core and ab workouts and felt refreshed inside and out. And yes, more pleasant feeling from my prostate throughout the whole workout session.

I came home and prepped for a session by switching to my helix syn. Oh boy, I already felt good by popping that bad boy inside. I guess that’s one way to get my prostate to wake up lol.

Right now, I am doing nothing and just taking it in.

Using a bath to practice full muscle relaxation

I made a comment recently about something I began doing in the last two to three months that I got a lot of messages about, and I promised I’d write a standalone post.

That is, using the Aneros in the bath.

I’ve been practicing Aneros use for a few years now, and figuring it all out. Mid-2022 I began noticing that I wasn’t actually fully relaxing, even though I would practice the “Do nothing” approach, I wasn’t actually doing nothing. Even while relaxed I would be subconsciously holding a very light contraction the whole time. Once the pleasure would begin, I would totally take over again and be clenching an tensing to try to force the pleasure to grow, only tiring myself out.

A huge leap forward for me was when I began to just try to breath through everything, deep breaths into my belly, so that my stomach rises up. Even actively pushing my belly muscles up. This would free up the important muscles below to do their own thing and huge pleasure would grow. However, when it gets intense, I would still take over and do contractions and end up chasing the pleasure away.

The practice of Aneros for me at the moment is to have discipline and actively try to relax any muscle contractions, no matter how good everything feels. To keep breathing deeply through everything and constantly letting everything be fully relaxed. If a muscle tenses, I try to release it as much as possible. This makes everything insanely intense as it is. So pushing that further and further is my gameplan.

What stage is this?

I was doing a session for about an 1.5-2 hours the other day and was using the Helix Syn for around an hour, followed by the Progasm. I noticed an unusual feeling that I don’t normally get in my sessions (which normally feel good but are mostly uneventful).

I felt a sudden vibration, and a clenching that would come on and off in my abdomen. Occasionally this would coincide with the flexing of my PC muscle that I was not doing in a voluntary way.

I did not feel a release or a sudden feeling of pleasure like a normal orgasm. I just had this vibration and clenching going on, which felt good but not like a full regular orgasm.

I have been at this for a few years and never got that far before (I was using a do nothing approach).

Is this a prostate orgasm? Or what stage of the process did I get to? I am a little confused. It went on for 5 minutes or so and then I lost it and ended the session.

Any ideas?

Progress update and questions

Hi all, been two months since I practice regulary with a helix Trident and progasm.

I’ve got a definite dry orgasm once while tripping, using the do nothing relaxed method, got really hard and felt like I ejaculated violently but it was dry.

My questions are centered on sober practices though. The do nothing method feels good sometimes during the exhale but will have no results and I’ll give up after some time.

When I hold a light kegel, I can induce an automatic stroking movement which feels mildly good, is that considered an involuntary? I’ve constantly read to relax into it so when the stroking feeling starts, I’ll relax and away it goes back to ground zero.

Also in my sessions, I sometimes feel strong tingling sensations (like pins and needles) in my face and palm which slowly spreads to the legs and body, is this normal?

Last question is that with the progasm, I can’t get any auto stroking kind of feeling but when I clench down with constant pressure it feels really good, can I just throw out everything I’ve read and just focus on constantly making myself feel good?

Simple Method that works

Simple method that works well.

1.lay on back knees up, feet flat on bed/floor.

2. Shea Butter for lubricant on non silicone type model.

3.Nipple Stimulation every so often and definitely when orgasm is close if you enjoy doing this.

4.Insert toy then do nothing, DO NOT DO ANY PC CLENCHING, just lay still and let the toy do the massaging, it will take a while but the sensations continually build up until the orgasmic moment in which your body will loose control and start dry orgasming uncontrollably in pure bliss, when it’s time to start clenching your body will start the pc clenches automatically and these involuntary clenches that start on their own when this happens is an orgasm and not the manual style clenching.

The O that happens using this technique feels fantastic and last for several minutes! Works for both prostate and peridise toys.

Tried out the MGX I forgot I owned

I’m putting it out there now. If you’re a beginner MGX is the one.

I just carefully prepared myself and popped in my MGX and relaxed. Once comfy I put the palms of my feet together and relaxed my legs outwards onto stacks of cushions. That was so I didn’t feel I had to support them. This helped me relax completely.

Then I popped on some relaxing tracks from Mindgasm and just breathe slowly and deeply. Breathe so that your lower stomach inflates (around your belly button). I’ve seen it mentioned in other posts before, I think it has a funny way of putting rhythmic pressure on the prostate against the MGX.

As for your mind I try and focus on the slightest sensations (which were definitely there). However, I have a very active mind that likes to wander. So instead I love to mentally visualise the toy inside me and that helps occupy my mind while also staying on topic.

Roll on 45 mins and I’m fully groaning away. It feels like you shouldn’t bit trust me. If it feels good and felt right just let it out. I got up to a point where my hole was twitching away like mad and had to pop the MGX back in a few times but this really didn’t set me back. I was flying high.

A bit frustrated: Can’t get beyond the “tingling stage”

I’ve been using a Progasm Jr and recently a Helix Syn for approx. 2 years now. Nothing much happened until some months ago where I started to get P-waves and tingles pretty much every time I use the toy. There where several instances where I got intense shivers, heart racing and the feeling of an immense pleasure incoming, so intense it made me even afraid. When it happened for the first time, my prostate tingled for two days which made me pretty anxious.

Also, I’m so far that I can basically alway cause P-Waves/tingles just with thinking about it, like a mental switch, and it’s almost as strong as with the toy in.

But that’s it – I never feel I can get beyond this stage. Is it the toy? I feel that they Syn works better for me than the Progasm Jr, so I thought about maybe getting another model, but there seems to be no consensus on which one.

Something I have also tried is stimulating the toy from the outside with a Magic Wand. It feels amazing and very tingly, but it’s just “constant pleasure”, but not like it would lead to climax. I can control both muscles independently, but “do nothing” worked best for me so far.

First time

Have had an Aneros for a while and done a little with it but not much. Today was the first time that I actually set an hour aside to experiment, relax, and see what happened. I laid flat on my back and tried to do nothing but lie still and breathe. I noticed that when I lightly clenched everything it felt good so I started doing that very gently while I relaxed and kept breathing. About ten or fifteen minutes in, I noticed it started feel like a small spasm inside me. After a few minutes, that spasm became a little more intense and pleasurable. The only way that I can describe it was that it felt like it was pulsating when I clenched up. I began breathing a little harder and noticed some fluid coming from my dick. The pleasure only lasted a few minutes between moving and getting distracted but was enjoyable. What was going on and where do I go from here?
