In my first post I was writing about my frustration. I keep on trying and don‘t want the frustration to win. Thanks to all the recommendations and experiences, I probably would have given up already without reddit and other forums.
I‘ve made some progress in my last sessions. I feel like doing nothing works best for me atm. Just feeling, relaxing, no squeezing, no porn , (only listening to mindgasm in the beginning for relax and then to some erotic stuff), breathing and touching my nipples , belly and thighs (of course not the penis)
Last night I had a nice session, my body started trembling, I felt a nice pressure on my prostate, moving my hips.. but somehow my body was like “exhausted“ at some point if that makes sense. Maybe I was trying too hard or I was simply tired ? I cannot do a session during the day unfortunately. I think it‘s so difficult to stay “patient“ when things start to feel good .. what can I do when the tremblings start for example? Just keep on breathing, enjoying without wanting more?
A little concern of mine is that I don‘t live alone. i have seen videos of people screaming and moaning uncontrollably, I would literally wake up the whole house (i live in the city, have neighbors also 😅) i don‘t want them to call the ambulance haha

I’ve been using aneros (helix syn trident) on and off for almost two years. Been making slow but steady progress, and yesterday I got closer than I ever have before to what I think could’ve became the start of a super o.
I found that the do nothing method works best for me. But not only did I just “no nothing”, I also did 3 steps which are what got me close.
1. Physically relaxing as much as possible.
2. Mentally relaxing as much as possible. This was the game changer and involved me actively clearing my mind and removing all intent and thoughts. (This was also the hardest step because I am normally kinda scatterbrained).
3. Steady breathing. The only thing I actualy focused on was keeping a rhythm of deep steady breaths.
By sticking to those three steps, I started to feel stronger sensations and after a short time my heart started POUNDING and I could feel the blood pounding acorss my whole body and it did not stop until the session ended. While that was happening I started to feel like the world was unstable or shaking and I even saw bursts of color coming out of my pelvic area at one point, like fireworks (I’ve heard people describe this as accompanying a prostate orgasm but had never experienced it before). My body (arms and legs) also started to quiver and shake a little.

Prefacing this by saying I do not judge those who use porn in anyway. I’m a recovering porn addict of 20 years. Never got to the point where I had PIED or escalation to seriously taboo or illegal content but definite impact to my ability to become aroused outside the bedroom (i.e. by myself). I’ve been pornfree for nearly 6 months and before my last relapse in June I was porn free for 2 months. At that point I’ll stop fantasizing and try and focus only on sensation and let my body do the rest. This is where I’ve had the most success and experience what I think are p-waves. I’m 28M non rewired 5 years user. 5 years ago I had my prostate really sensible and the pressure was so good that I could feel my prostate swelling-up w/o the Aneros in ( I was already experimented with anal ). But, I was doing my session wrong. I was forcing stimulation by chain contracting my muscles. I had good sensation almost orgasmic. I did not know how to induce involontaries.

Now, I had some progress during my sessions. I had some involontaries (my first was recently). I understand a little how to induce involontaries (with the “do nothing” method) and I have better control of my muscles.
But, I have a new problem now. I can not build up pressure in my prostate. I do not feel it like it was 5 years ago. I think if I could have my “old prostate sensibility” and my today experience I could achieved an orgasm.
So, how could I regain control over the pressure build-up and make it more consistent between a session and an other ? I think it’s the key to progress in my journey.
Helix Trident Owners: How The Hell Do You Work This Damned Thing?!
I’ve had this toy for a few months, and if you told me to give it a performance review sans operator error, 2/5 easy. Thing would work better held between the knuckles for use as the world’s funniest push dagger, specifically for use on whatever shit-for-brains convinced me to buy it.
I can’t get the movement down consistently. I’ll often feel like I’m not sufficiently lubed due to loss of movement, “extract” the device, and find it hard to maintain a grip before even looking to re-grease. Tried switching up the type/strength/speed/combination/range/intensity/psionics of the kegels, leg and body position/posture, “doing nothing” and letting the involuntaries (if any) work it, incorporating body movement and letting the hips work it, guiding w/ fingers, switching between fingering and device (which usually sets me off, no dice), fucking inserting it “upside-down.” Just can’t nail it down. MGX – will just doing nothing really work?
I picked up an Aneros MGX last year and have tried it a handful of times.
So far I’ve managed to get some pleasure from it but not the elusive pgasm – whether dry or otherwise.

I’ve tried various positions and various kinds of thrusting.
