Peridise Questions?

After inserting the smaller Peridise , I take it out after 30 minutes & put in the Helix Sync V & my anus feels alot tighter than usual. Has anyone else noticed this; and why is this? How long is an average Peridise only session? I am learning by using it without any instructions other than insertion with Lube, & waiting for involuntaries other than doing Kegals. Why do kegels help if I should be relaxed and let my muscles flutter?

The title. I feel like starting kegels would go a long way but can’t help but feel it seems counterintuitive – if I’m not going to be using a muscle, why does it need to be stronger? I’ve had a bit of a breakthrough recently thanks to edibles and had 5 night sessions in a row where I experienced pure bliss. I’d take some edibles, 2x10mg, and put the Aneros in (either Eupho or Helix Trident) and also vape some THC and let the sensations build and build until I get involuntaries. Hello! I’ve been working through my sessions, making incredible progress, and feel like I’m at a point where I might need some advice. I’ve been able to achieve p-waves regularly and get to where I feel like a prostate orgasm is within reach but I’m unable to get over the threshold. Initially, there’s a feeling of fullness and a need to urinate, which I until recently chalked up to fluid buildup in the prostate (a good thing, right?).
