due to spiritual risks I may have to stop

I may have to stop my practice of anerosing because I cant decide if what im having is an orgasm or my kundalini stirring. Who knows it may rise anyway but I dont want to poke at it no more. I have found a few of us have had it raise because of this and I dont want to be a victim of it or do my best not to be hoping its not too late.

Yes I know what I have experienced does feel good but im not sure im willing to take the risks involved with it. Its sad because everything I have found so far has its risks and I have not found the glory in doing it just the negative side effects.

I dont really have any questions I guess its more of a rant.
