I feel like I’m almost there, any suggestions?

Hey!

So last night I decided to have a session with the PG.
I laid on my back while focusing on sensations, breathing deeply, and relaxing all muscles, especially the ones that control the aneros. I tried my best to let my muscles do whatever they wanted to while listening to my body. I felt a very nice tingle / ember of pleasure burning – the source coming from my abdomen / prostate area. I was only able to feel it for a few minutes, but it felt nice having waves of very slight pleasure that I could feel the source to.

Any tips on ‘crossing over’, so to speak?

  1. You’re not gonna like it, but there is no such thing as “crossing over”. It’s more like you are dipping your foot into a bath and not used to the temperature. So your body reflexively goes in gingerly despite your desire to dive right in. As you get used to it and with will power you eventually slip in to full emersion. That is more like aneros. You won’t hit some climax wi th release. You just get more immersed. The answer is time and patience. A lot of both. The rest will come as your body gets used to its level of immersion.

  2. I think you’re totally going in the right direction. You are listening to your body. You are letting your muscles be relaxed, which is the perfect starting place. And last you’re feeling some pleasurable sensations start then fade, wax then wane, etc. You are right to just savor in the sensations and ride with them. Keep floating along with their current. You can do contractions lightly too, but you have to keep this same mentality of relaxed, paced, listening to your body, aroused and sensual, and generally enjoying the outcome of a new experience.

There isn’t a crossing over per say unfortunately, but more or less learning how to snowball and amplify the arousal. It’s not a muscle contraction thing really, it’s more in your brain and difficult to explain. One “ohhhh that feels nice” leads into an, “ahhh I just feel so overall relaxed and glad to be focusing attention inwards.” Weird language, but in time you’ll see that the next, “ooh that feels nice” sensations may surprise you when they come back again a smidge stronger. Before you know it the next one will be like, “unnnngggghhh wow, now that felt damn good” and beyond. This will happen if you don’t fight against it. Like throw away the tea bag mentioned not getting into that more faster harder stronger mentality and just keep floating along where your body takes you.

Practice and all is coming young grass hopper.

  3. two of the thoughts that sometimes help me:
-breathe in to your stomach. That is, when you inhale, let your gut expand. It feels like it has the undesired effect of moving you away from the pleasure, but when you settle into relaxation with each breath, the good vibes come back stronger than before you breathed
-excite your primary sex organ: your brain. In all the attention to the physical mechanisms of the body, don’t forget to fantasize about things that really, really turn you on. I’m increasingly moving away from porn or other external stimulation (e.g. arousing audio) to purely mental imagery.
