  1. I find that meditating gets me in the right place in my body for having a great aneros session. It’s great for calming the mind and focusing on the sensations while letting all the other thoughts come and go.

    I cycle between meditating on the sensations and focusing on arousal to ride the wave of orgasms that come and it feels pretty good.

    You should definitely try doing them together. See what feels good for you.

  2. Since you are new to mediation, as well as new to the Aneros, I would not combine the two. Meditation sans Aneros use can open the Muladhara Chakra. Aneros use sans meditation can do the same. Tread cautiously good sir!
