  1. So the Eupho is typically geared towards more advanced users, people with experience using aneros’s.

People with already sensitive/trained prostates will have the best experience with it. Though using it for awhile should yield aneros results nonetheless.

Use it the same way you’d use any aneros, pop it in and hands off. The key is getting comfortable with having it in and gently using your PC muscles to massage your prostate with it.

  2. I read about them before I bought. At the time there was SGX and MGX. One is smaller while the other is longer and tapered to reach farther in. What I read at the time suggested that if you are particularly tall then you might want the longer one because of depth. The other newer ones are thicker and yada yada. Don’t get the ones that have the flexible P tab. They are worthless because the point of it is the rocking mechanism of contraction. Those things bend easily which drastically reduces the action and sensation. I still have the Eupho and it’s not my favorite. The shape doesn’t hit the prostate right. I feel bad criticizing any of their products but I don’t think you’re going to have the success you would with one of the originals. Not too thick or big.

You may need to use your hand to slide it out, add more lube or adust the position. Like a reset. What you don’t want is to use your hands. One thing that helps is to pull lightly on your glans and feel that all the way down.

Using your hands is counter to what you’re trying to make happen which is basically an involuntary spasm from your prostate down to your anus. During normal missionary sex this muscle is part of the orgasm process which pushes the semen outward. You are attempting to make that same muscle spasm without ejaculation. Keep your hand off it and let it move with your contractions. It needs to move very freely, so lube and plenty of it. I can’t repeat that last one enough.
