How do I know which toy I should get? There’s various different shapes and sizes, but I don’t know which one is more likely to work for me. The website “suggest a toy” is mostly for how experienced you are with prostate play, nothing else. Do I need to find and estimate where my prostate is then make a guess on what to get based on that? How did you choose which to buy?

I have four Aneros models; Helix Trident, Eupho Trident, MGX Trident and the Progasm Ice. They all work for me, although my current fav is the Eupho. I often switch between models in a session, and have orgasms with each. Lately the Eupho has been hitting it out of the park for me, with cascading super-Os that go on for an hour at a time. The Eupho definitely has the most movement for me. My first model was the MGX, and I had my first prostate Os with it, and it still gives me a lot of pleasure. I love the Progasm for its feeling of fullness, but it has less movement. Still, lots of good Os with the Progasm.
If I had to recommend just one, it would probably be the Helix. It’s a bit easier to use just starting out. I don’t any Syn models, as I prefer the plastic because it moves better in the canal than the silicon models.
Lots of good advice to be found on the various models and techniques in the Aneros forums:

I would also suggest the Helix or MGX as the introduction to Aneros. I started with the MGX and I think it’s a good choice, since the ripples around the lower shaft can give you some nice feedback via your anus if you are not yet sensitive to prostate stimulation. On the other hand, they can be a distraction from the prostate stimulation, so that would speak for the Helix.
