New user – unable to feel anything except discomfort through my initial 3 sessions

Got the DeVice last week and I have used it 3 times now. I have yet to feel any pleasure at all and this is mostly because I am actively in discomfort. I’ve been doing all the usual stuff that is recommended, but I can’t seem to figure it out. Any specific recommendations?
