Any Aless tips?

I was just wondering if anyone had any luck with aneros-less POs?

I gave it a go last night when I couldn’t sleep, and had more interesting sensations than many of the Aneros sessions I’ve had. I only stopped because I was worried I’d wake my wife 🙂

I’m definitely going to spend a bit more time with this to see where it goes…

For those that are wondering what I’m talking about this is just using muscle manipulation and breathing to get sensations.

  1. Hey, I know the Kegels etc. but can you please give a link to some breathing exercises helpful with the Aless adventure?

  2. Two tips.

    1. Meditation – It’s a mental thing. I can start getting POs easily Aless due to simple mindfulness gained through year of sporadic meditation practice.

    2. Practice thinking about your aneros during the day to wet your appetite. Imagine it’s already in there and see if you can feel it. When my focus gets there it literally feels like the device is inserted when it’s not. Easy to go off nonstop at that point.

  3. This sounds unlikely, but others have reported the same effect: Lay down in the spot you have been in for most of your Aneros sessions. That particular position and surrounding helps trigger the twitching and pulsing to take off.
