Achieved Super O

First of all it was freaking amazing. My whole body was vibrating, my prostate was pulsing like it was ejaculating ( but nothing coming out). This lasted for quite awhile, 5 -10 minutes, I’m not too sure. I’ll share how, for anyone interested.

I achieved my first “Super O“ without the aneros. I‘ve been practicing for about 2 months with and without the aneros a couple of times per week. I have the helix syn and I believed it helped me train the muscles to find the pathway. Now that I figured it out or trained myself, I know I was working way too hard, contracting way too hard. But this is probably part of the process. So how did I achieve a Super O?

1. Get comfortable, relax, with absolutely no distractions
2. With or without the aneros – same process
3. Gently, extremely gently contract the muscles at the base of your penis (this is where I worked too hard, when I first started) and sometimes I will try to contract from the head of my penis to the base. Just like every one says, use the muscles that make you stop peeing.
4. I use to rub my nibbles lightly and continuously to help with stimulation, from the beginning – right to the end of the session. Now I just to this to increase stimulation but I’m able to achieve without.
5. Now the prostate is starting to wake up, I’m feeling a few nice waves or some vibrations around my prostate. Here I really try to relax and clear my mind and focus on my breathing. If I’m using the aneros sometimes I find it is so intense that I cannot relax enough to go further.
6. Staying relaxed, I can stop the gentle contractions and completely melt into what my prostate is doing. Sometimes it vibrates slowly and increases in intensity, or it may start pulsing with more and more intensity.
7. If the intensity starts to slow down, I will gently start contracting again or hold a soft contraction but very, very softly. This brings up the intensity. Enjoy this part it feels amazing, your prostate may be vibrating, pulsing, your penis may start to pulse, your testicles may tingle. Believe it or not, you are not there yet!
8. If you are able to stay relaxed and focused, you are going to feel the pressure build. Your legs will start to shake (stay focus and breath) and your whole body will start to vibrate as you prostate pulses/ vibrates continuously. When it starts to slow I softly, very softly contract the pee muscles and it speeds up again. Repeat, Repeat, Repeat.

My journey started a few months back while practicing kegel exercises. I just turned 50 and I have a slightly enlarged prostate, like most 50 yr old men. To improve my peeing, I read do kegels! So one day, I felt these nice waves while doing the kegels. Curious to what was happening, I started my research and ended up here on reddit.
