Hey I have heard people mentioning using their kagel muscles when using an aneros. I was wondering if this is more of a pulsing(using muscle then letting go then flexing it again ) or holding the muscle for as long as possible. Also if you do an alternation of both let me know, if you start with one or when you switch. If you are holding it, how long typically are you holding. Thanks for the tips !

I will flex about 70% of the way to flexing all of the way as hard as I can…. but after I have held for about 1 min I slowly for about another 30 secs to 1 more min go gradually from 70% to 100%. I then slowly relax the muscles and do it again. Normally LOL I can only handle doing that maybe three times and then I am just doing slow Kegel motions without holding. I kinda go back and forth. When I am holding though… it gets VERY intense.
For me it’s the hold. I think the more use you get, the more you can figure out holding different muscles, holding the Aneros in different “positions”. But I hold and count slowly and breathe and just really focus on what it’s doing/touching and the resulting feelings. After some involuntaries start, then the “pulse” method really just keeps the feedback loop working.
