I’ve been using my syn for probably around half a year now and am thinking of switching to the progasm. I’m slightly worried about the size of it though, inserting and removing, I also heard it falls out for a lot of people. What sort of differences can I expect if I switch?

I have the falling out problem. Much slipperier. Not flexible like the syn.
Haven’t tried the Progasm yet, but I do enjoy using my Helix Syn.
I have both, just recently adding the Progasm. I went for the jr model which is a nice step up in size but not too big. It is plastic which strange enough I need more lube than with the syn. The stiffness is not noticable. The first session was way more intense than I am used too, perhaps too intense if that makes any sense. Being bigger the movement is less but the sense of fullness is very enjoyable. Its early but I have a feeling this will be my go to toy. The last session I used both, the Progasm gets me up to speed really quickly and then I used the Helix Syn to get me over the line. Hope this helps.
I started with the Helix Syn and then just recently got the jr model. Its noticeably different in size but i think i would go with the regular model. I think i saw on the aneros site that they are having a promo for a jr and a regular Progasm now for like 80 bucks. I think its limited so check it out! I would have done it if i didnt get the jr last month
I recently purchased the Progasm. I have done 5 or 6 sessions so far and I must say that some of them have been among the best of my journey so far.
I don’t have the Helix Syn, but my first Aneros is the Helix Trident which also gives me fantastic orgasms.
The difference between the two is, of course, the size. It’s still a small challenge for me to insert the Progasm… On the other hand, removing it is very easy.
I also have the Progasm Jr which is also very effective. I also use the small Peridise which also works very well.
In short, it doesn’t matter what size it is in the end. Once the rewiring is done, the pleasure is there.
My tip would be looking at the website and checking the dimensions of the different models. I got the Progasm based on user reports, but it’s too thick for me to give me the movement I want. The Eupho is going to be my next purchase.
Mine falls out easy if I use too much lube or wear a plug before hand. Insertion and removal isn’t an issue I just really REALLY wish there was a syn version so I could sit and grind it. I find the arms uncomfortable.
The trick to removing larger toys is to push them out like your pooping.
