I have had my Aneros Helix Trident for a couple of months. I use it a couple of times a week and have little to no success in getting any pleasure. It doesn’t feel bad or uncomfortable, but I just can’t seem to get any pleasure.
How long did it take you before you started to feel any pleasure and how long into your session did it take? My sessions last for about an hour but I get discouraged any longer than that because I don’t feel anything.

I’ve had two sessions and felt more pleasure in my first. Are you purposely squeezing your muscles down on the aneros? I let it do its thing the first time and it was so much better. The second time I tried to force things and it didn’t really work
I had my first real pleasure at the 5th session. But when I compare this pleasure with the orgasms I have now, one year after, I can say it was a very tiny sensation. It keeps growing and growing sessions after sessions.
Your body has to go through what’s called a “rewiring process”. It has to learn to accept a different kind of pleasure with the Aneros. How long that process takes differs from person to person. My advice: don’t go into a session with expectations. Don’t expect it’s going to feel one way or another. Just go where the session takes you. Expectations ultimately lead to disappointment and frustration when those expectations aren’t met. Frustration hinders progress and can actually kill progress entirely in some cases.
There are also varies methods that work and feel differently for other people. Keep reading up and trying different methods, but don’t switch multiple times in the middle of a session. Pick a method and give it a full couple sessions.
Also, an hour long session is fine. When you are starting out, shorter sessions are better because you don’t really know what you are doing. Once you start getting results, you can extend the session more to try and fine tune what you are doing to build on what’s working and stop what is not.
Also also, don’t forget to practice proper breathing. It’s a vitally important step that people often overlook.
It’s a journey. A very rewarding journey. Requires a bit of research as well. People are different and it helps to read what others have tried.
