  1. I’ve heard stories that guys have experienced the program falling out on its own, but I’ve never heard of the Helix doing so. My Helix fits nice and snug, to the point that I don’t think it could fall out on its own, even if I was trying to push it out.

  2. I used a lighter and heated up the arms on my Progasm and spread them out slightly. That has helped immensely with keeping it in
