Second Session Results

So I’ve been reading up here and on the aneros wiki and other places about using the Trident Syn to attain prostate orgasms. My first session was unremarkable. Nothing much happened. Certainly not the fireworks I was half-expecting and hoping for. So I did some reading and discovered the whole “don’t try to make it happen, LET it happen” approach.

I read a lot of first-hand accounts. So for this second session, I obtained a bottle of poppers. Popper? Whatever, you know what I mean, to try as part of the experiment.

I inserted the aneros, and listened to the first lesson in the Mindgasm series, and followed the instructions, practicing contracting the base (sphincter) and middle (PC) muscles separately. That wasn’t really a problem, as I’ve been working on that for a while. Then I took a hit of the popper. First one ever, mostly as an experiment. I definitely felt an effect, but it didn’t seem particularly interesting, and didn’t last long (which I expected based on my reading).

Nonetheless, I remained lying on my back, knees up and slightly spread. I concentrated on breathing low in my belly, and occasionally contracting my base and middle muscles, sometimes fully but mostly partially. Not a lot seemed to be happening, but I just lay quietly focusing on experiencing whatever happened.

And I got some involuntary contractions. But not internal, not at first. I felt the muscles of my thighs quivering first. Slowly the quivering spread into my groin and abdomen. Eventually I felt some involuntary trembling in and around my prostate (I think), barely perceptible at first but growing in intensity. It started to feel good, but then peaked and faded.

Meanwhile the other involuntary contractions continued, often quite strong, and eventually included my whole lower body from my abs down to my knees. It felt like the trembling you get when you’re cold, or have a fever and get chills–but I wasn’t cold.

It wasn’t really pleasurable, but it was definitely a new response, and interesting for that reason alone. So I’m pleased that I managed some kind of response to the exercise, and I intend to continue.

  1. This is a pretty typical beginning to the journey. Some people take much longer to reach just a few involuntaries, and some people seem to reach prostate orgasms in under 10 sessions.

  2. Try using either the sippy-cup or sock method with the poppers. They both give much more powerful hits than just hitting from the bottle, and you avoid chemical burns around your nostrils. I usually do between 6 and 10 popper hits in a session. During a good session each hit is usually followed by a prostate orgasm or a super-O.

  3. Sounds like something is triggering, which is a good sign.

    For a full super O it took me almost two years of practice but once they hit you for the first time it becomes more often and you’ll be able to reach them easily. But don’t think you will get super incredible orgasms with a couple of sessions.

  4. Your beginning is better than mine. I can have regular orgasms now. Took a bit of time but I would say you’re off to a good start. The only thing I would say is work on total physical,mind, & body relaxation. This takes a bit of practice. At least it still does for me. 🙂👍
