i’ve probably used the aneros about 6 total times over the course of the year. 4 of those times i’ve experienced severe pain about a couples hours after use and for the rest of the day. i can’t poop, or walk when the pain comes.
it makes me afraid to try again but i really want to. i use almond oil or coconut oil and i think i use enough for that to not be the cause.
i admit i was using my hand to push the toy in and out during my last session. pretty rough. maybe that was the cause. idk guys, what’s been your experience?

there’s two kind of stimulation in anal. 1 is prostate, and 2 is the rectum. I think Aneros supposed to nudge the prostate. If you manually in and out, and stimulates rectum hard. Well it can be sore, and triggering bowel movement.
When doing in and out I think I do kinda get sore. But not kind unbearable pain.
My advice, do not go rough, our thing down there is soft, so safety first.
