I’m looking for advice for a big guy.

Hello. I have two questions.

Recently, I have damaged the nerves in my pubic region from my sedentary job and a bad choice of chair. I have pain shooting through my testicles and penis when I sit for too long. Which my job requires. I have done research, and Aneros seemed like a good idea to have a therapeutic massage at home. Do you think it’s going to help?

My second problem is: I am a big man. I am tall, and most “standard sized” hats, gloves, socks and shoes, don’t fit me. Do you think it’s going to be a problem? Looking at the design of the device, it seems to be important that certain parts of it align with the respective parts of the body. So I thought, what if the body is bigger? It’s going to derail everything.

I have experimented with anal toys years ago. With most of them, I haven’t felt anything at all. Only the largest ones had any effect. Therefore, is there an Aneros model designed for a person like me? Something bigger and more filling, perhaps? I don’t want to buy something useless; I’m struggling with money as it is.

  1. I can only help with the first part – who diagnosed you as having nerve damage? I’m not a doctor but it’s more likely to chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS). A lot of the time doctors say you have nerve pain or prostate inflammation and it’s actually CPPS. I highly recommend the book A Headache In The Pelvis (chapter seven if you want to skip right to treatment) and seeing a specialist pelvic pain physiotherapist (or physical therapist if you’re in the US).

If you do have CPPS or even prostatitis, the jury is out on whether using an aneros will help. The aneros was originally designed as a medical prostate massager. Some guys report that it helps, especially light and brief massage. For me, the aneros aggravates my condition and a I really should have started out slowly with it.

My advice would be to start slowly and gently, not having a long session at all, seeing how you feel at first and whether any irritation occurs the next day or two after using it. In regards to the size of the toy, hopefully someone else can help you with that.

  2. And I can only help with the second:
Im a big guy also. It never crossed my mind before buying (I own a Helix Syn ) but after I have read a lot about it and also never had any success for weeks I had the same thoughts that maybe its too small, maybe cheeks hold it in place so it cant move how it should…etc.

What you need is patience. Its a long learning curve and all you need is try to find the smallest improvements without trying to force it. Try out different positions, methods..etc. It took me 1.5 year to reach a dry orgasm.
Even when I felt it did not reach deep enough and I tried to force it a bit deeper I felt like I was right because it felt better.
However in the end it turns out the length is perfect, what sensation you are looking for is so subtle you cant really feel it at first .
My first almost there moment was an average afternoon, not even horny, popped it in and because I was relaxed and not running for an orgasm it happened almost.
Oh yeah and weed helps a lot as it turned out.

  3. There’s a very good chance the aneros will be too short for you. I’m tall also and they’re all too short – except one. The exception is the Progasm, which is actually a tad TOO long if you insert it fully. I need to keep it in at “3/4 mast” for it too work.

I suggest something like the Backnobber, which is half the price and versatile. Just make sure you sand the tips first.
