I was wondering if anyone here is currently taking Finasteride, or had taken it in the past to prevent hair loss or BPH, and can achieve an anal orgasm still?
Finasteride is known to change hormone levels of both estrogen and testosterone.
Any women here on HRT and/or finasteride and have able to achieve their prostate orgasm after taking medication?
I am planning on getting on Finasteride, but wanted to know what others thought first.

Hi, I have no experience of taking finasteride or of it’s effect on prostate orgasms, but you should look into Post Finasteride Syndrome and the devastating effect that drug can have on your sexual health and your health in general. I urge you to never take that drug, it isn’t worth the misery many men report from taking it.

I’ve been on finasteride for 5 months and experienced no side effects. It can potentially shrink your prostate 20% in size but I’ve had no problems so far. Also any side effects will go away if you stop taking the drug, it doesn’t have any permanent effects as some people claims.
