Progression and asking for some advice

So I’ve been following this journey for about 3 years now. I would like to get some feedback of my progression so far.

My sessions go along like this: I watch some erotica to get myself aroused but try to not have any expectations. I don’t watch porn since the video itself can be too overwhelming at some point. Then I usually try to follow the “tug of war” method by applying gentle pressure. I will notice some pleasure building up in the prostate area. Then I let go and apply pressure again and this cycle continues. The pleasure from my prostate now expands and I get slight tingle and a lil pleasure in several of my body areas. I guess this is a P-wave? I’m not sure. But this tingling sensation keeps stacking and now my whole body is experiencing pleasure. I can’t really grasp this “pleasure”, but it feels very good. I sometimes lose consciousness and kinda wake back up and notice that I’m having an immense pleasure. I guess this is a mini-O? Then the pleasure declines and I release my tension, and contract my pc muscle again. Then wham, another mini-O and this cycle repeats until I’m exhausted. Interesting part is that I do not have any involuntaries, which is strange…

The problem is I have no idea how to progress further. I try to relax at the peak as much as possible and also try to ignore the pleasure and focus on my pc muscle. This makes my body tense a lot, like I can’t even control it, but it doesn’t feel that much pleasurable? I’ve heard that you have to let go and ride the flow, but I have no idea how to even do that. Do I have to release the contraction of my pc muscle? Or am I supposed to relax and contract at the same time? Any feedback would be appreciated.

  1. I’ll offer my own observations of my own experiences in hopes it may offer some help to you. Please keep in mind I am no expert as I only started my journey this week, but I have had successful and incredible dry orgasms and immense pleasure waves. I have been using both the Helix Syn Trident and the Progasm and been successful with both.

    1) First off, it sounds like you have achieved much success already. I would say you are experiencing P-waves from your description. Also, the fact that you tend to “lose consciousness” and come back with immense pleasure tells me you are doing it very well. I would say don’t try to “grasp” the pleasure, but rather just enjoy the “chase” and embrace and “ride” those moments of unconsciousness. For me, it helps to visualize. I will focus on one spot and I tend to have what I can almost describe as visual hallucinations. They differ depending on my mind and feelings at the time, but I can recall flashing, alternating lights like I am going through a wormhole or tunnel with a never-ending quest trying to get to the end. This was one of my best orgasms that kept going for quite a while. Another visualization was a never-ending flight of stairs…the best way I can describe these visualizations is kind of like those semi-trippy screensavers that are just never-ending and constantly changing and evolving into something new. I also find that instrumental (jamming) music helped me, as it kept building and helped me continually climax and ride the waves. In summary, I don’t try to think conscious thoughts during these moments and focus only on a visualization and just try to ride that wave as long as possible. Oh yeah, during all of this….DON’T FORGET TO BREATHE!

    2) Positions: For involuntary contractions, trying different positions helps me. I have had the most success with involuntary contractions on my side with my front leg hiked up. During these sessions, I notice as the sensations increase, I often tend to naturally pivot to having my upper body more facing the mattress of my bed, but my hip is still open and the outside leg is still hiked up. Also, I have had much success with the involuntary contractions in doggie-style and a modified doggie style. I will start out on all fours, but as the sensations increase, I lower my upper body onto my elbows and forearms on the mattress. As I ride the pleasure wave, I may also stretch out my legs and end up in a frog pose.

    3) One more parting thought and visualization and description of the “tug of war”. When I alternate my muscle groups, I sometimes have success doing quick, softer alternating of the two muscles groups, as in the sphincter on the one count and the PC muscles on the 3 count, varying the speed of the count. Also, as I build up sensation and want to advance the intensity of my orgasmic wave, I will vary my tug of war method. Instead of quickly alternating on a 1 and 3 count, I will first continually flex first my anal sphincter muscle over and over until I can’t do it anymore. It gives me the sensation of a large bulb of pressure building and moving toward the rear of my anus. Then, when that is exhausted, I will alternate to do the same thing but this time with just my PC muscles, again to the point of exhaustion. This gives me the sensation of the “bulb of pressure” moving across my anus and slowly advancing toward the front on toward my prostate. I keep doing this over and over again, and quite simply, I love it. I keep rolling that bulb back and forth, over and over. While I’m doing this, it helps me visualize almost like a video game of where you are flying a fighter plane and trying to line up the crosshairs on a moving target. My two muscle groups are my only way to move my crosshairs, and when I get them on that target, oh my at the intense orgasmic pressure. It’s often during this time I am really riding the orgasmic pleasure waves and the involuntary contractions take over because I have exhausted what I can make my muscle groups do, and they tend to take over on their own. Another alternation I will do is when I roll that bulb all the way to one end, I will quickly and as powerfully as I can engage the opposite muscle group and hold it firmly as long as I can. I think of it as kind of shocking my muscle groups from getting out of the groove I’ve set and keeping them confused. This can also feel so damn good. For me, the key is to just change up and vary how I play tug-of-war. In my non-session times, like when I’m just sitting in a chair or driving, I will work on toning and building up both muscle groups now that I know what it takes.

    4) Try not to set expectations. I have accepted that every session will, and I think needs to be different. Some will be better than others, and I think this is effected my mood and the shape of your muscles, as in the may be tired. It’s just like when exercising, some workouts are better than others. I like to go into each session with a mind to explore what my body and mind can do rather than setting a goal or going in with technique trying to recreate a previous session.

As you probably know, these incredible sensations and sessions are hard to put into words. This may or may not help you…I certainly hope it does. It got me excited and pulsating just thinking about it and putting it into words. Please share any successful tips you may have as I am eager to learn and try new methods.

    Best of luck!
