So I can’t stop thinking about how I know if I have an orgasm or p-wave. I think back to my last session and wonder if I actually had an orgasm, but it was a few days ago so it’s hard to say. Some more clarification would be SUPER healpful.

I think your thought process in itself is over thinking it. There’s little clear dividing line, just go into it with the intention of pleasure rather than a goal of orgasm. The less you go into I with a goal I mind, the better the results in my experience.
The less you want to label all these sensations and the more you just enjoy everything for just what it is. Describing all these sensations is really hard and it’s honestly just pointless, cuz we all experience things differently. Don’t try to compare your progress – your journey to others, cuz that’s just where you are. No matter where you are on the progress-bar, you won’t gain anything by knowing exactly where. If the peak experience that you had was nice, just say to yourself that this was the orgasm. It automatically becomes better, with practice and time. Relax and enjoy the ride 🍀
