Hi there I’ve been using aneros products for over half a year now and I’m wondering if anyone can give me some advice. Frequently in my sessions I reached a point where I would increase rapidly and arousal and this would build and build and completely involuntary contractions would take over but this would not result in pleasureable waves or any kind of notable building pleasure. It would be more like a massive increase building of arousal. Normally (based off the reccomendations online) I would allow the toy to do its thing without any muscle input from myself.
Now recently the same thing has been happening but now I’ve been able to notice pleasureable feelings down there from what I think and assume is my prostate and this pleasure has built in the same way with involuntary contractions building as well and ends up with me being washed over with gentle pleasureable waves for about 30 seconds. This is very similar to the building of arousal and involuntaries but now it sometimes comes with waves of slight pleasure. These sessions sometimes take me 2 hours of a mixture of doing nothing with the toy inserted or light waves of contractions with the pc and anal muscles.
I’m looking for advice on how to either, increase the speed or frequency at which I can reach these states. Or why sometimes I feel pleasure from this buildup and other times it doesn’t come with any pleasure at all and just an increase in arousal. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation to this? Can anyone give me advice on how to progress.
Thank you.

I know this probably isn’t what you want to hear but just be patient and enjoy the journey. Everybody responds differently. Just keep experimenting with different positions and patterns of contraction. If something feels good, or you feel like it’s taking you in a new direction, stick with it. The more you know about your body and how it responds, the better things will progress. Don’t focus on an agenda, just enjoy the pleasure of the moment. I’ve had my Aneros for several years but it’s only been in the last few months that I started taking this journey seriously. I still haven’t had a wet hands-free orgasm or the elusive Super O yet but my sessions are getting more and more pleasurable every time. Best of luck to you. 😊
IMHO you’re doing well – the 30secs of pleasure waves are probably what many would call a mini O and given they came from involuntary contractions I think it’s a sign that your body is re-wiring and learning.. so it’s positive progress.
For me (others tick different and others similar) PGASMS and Super O’s come from involuntary contractions, it might take a few slow light voluntary contractions to get things going but after that the body eventually knows what it wants and will do it without deliberate effort.
You may find a deliberate effort to not indulge in penile masturbation for a week or so enhances the speed at which this pwave onset occurs for you.
B-phx’s comment is on point – what works for me or others might not for you, for me it’s a mental thing – I have to let go and relax everything ,a little weed helps greatly – about 1/2 a joint – but may not be an option for you, others find a little wine does much the same or little sniff of Poppers, basically a muscle relaxant of some type seems to help many.
While a PGASM is most definately obtainable without any chemical assistance, the above is a useful shortcut (time wise) for many.
Have you tried the rolling sphincter to PC contraction technique from Mindgasm? If done softly and not too fast I find it’ll fairly rapidly get things going.
I was in a similar situation to you for a few weeks on my journey with the whole arousal buildup and sometimes short pwaves that didn’t go anywhere.
Dropping penile stimulation entirely while practicing the mindgasm lessons with a Helix Syn brought me to my first dry PGASMS.. perhaps taking sexual stimulation from only the Aneros speed up the re-wire process? Again that might not be an option for you.
Enjoy the journey and you’ll find people here are generally happy to help where they can.
