Yo! I’m wondering what the optimal frequency is for training purposes. I can achieve p waves but have yet to reach the super o. Is daily too much? Twice a day insane? Or is once a week recommended?

Gotta feel it out for yourself. Everyone is different. A lot of people here say wait a day or two between sessions… but I’ve had great success going a few days in a row (so far I think up to 5) and then resting a bit. I find that I’m really sensitive the day after a session and have made progress off of that alone. Often I will have a few sessions in a day (where a session could be anywhere from 30mins to an hour… gotta have a water/pee break at some point haha). What you really wanna avoid is hammering away so much that you lose sensitivity or damage something. It’s also best to wait until you’re horny to have a session… don’t just do it when you’re bored or something. Like with everything else with this process, gotta learn to listen to your body and find what works. There’s no silver bullet. Also keep in mind you can still do kegel exercises in between sessions as well which may help you progress further.
Usually starting off, you want to do every other day. You don’t want to over do it. Also, you need to give your body time to get used to the new sensations so if you go too many days in a row, you might not be giving your body time to adjust.
However, you also should only have a session when your body wants it. Lately, I’ve figured out how to go Aless and I’ve been “hearing the whisper” every day, so I have one session a day during the week and then rest on the weekends.
