  1. The aneros isn’t doing that much as it is just a piece of plastic. Your mind does most of the “work”. As for compression of the urethra, I’d say no… as even the prostate is not directly stimulated, cuz there is a wall protecting it. Aneros isn’t supposed to give you a release, it produces a dry-orgasm that is entirely different from penile jerking off. If you want release, you know other methods that don’t require a toy.
