  1. Some Helix would be the best choice probably. No u cant sit while using aneros, it restrains toy movement. No one knows which aneros will be the best for u. For most it’s Helix and it’s recommended to newbies. If u dont have to count money buy two different models Helix and for example Progasm. Recently aneros released new vibrating Helix. i didnt have opportunity to check this one model, but people say that’s a great novelty. Vibrating Helix is more expensive, so select non vibrating model if u wanna save some money. These vibrations might be great feature.

  2. If you want to use an Aneros while sitting, I’d recommend a Syn model, as it’s less likely to dig into your perineum. I may lean a little more toward the Helix, since I’m not sure how much extra movement you’ll get out of a Eupho Syn while sitting on it.

  4. Get yourself a seat donut cushion if you want to use it while sitting upright (you can use it without one of reclined.) Helix is great for beginners. Syn is softer and more flexible which can be more comfortable, but plastic gives a harder pressure and is compatible with silicone based lubes for longer play (silicone also gets more grippy when the lube dries up compared to plastic.)

    To be honest, many of the aneros toys are not very big and are easy to insert. The Progasm is probably the only one that isn’t recommended for completely new anal players.
