I read you’re supposed to position the p-tabs so that it’s exactly center with the perineum. But for some reason, it seems I get the most pleasure by positioning the tabs slightly/moderately to the left.

As long as it is close, doesn’t matter
I don’t really think about it. I just insert it while trying to align the tab but nothing more. The only exception is the Progasm since you will feel it if the tabs are off center.
My Helix Syn trident sits very straight naturally. Sometimes I feel like it has gotten way off center but when I reach down it hasn’t changed much at all.
I would think however it sits naturally in you would be best unless you’re feeling a specific issue.
In my opinion, position does matter. I get a better benefit by angling more towards the prostate on insertion, eventually it’s going to move around, but starting with the right angle helps a lot. Experiment and find what works for you.
I put it in and let it be. I don’t really pay attention to the tabs.
