When insert my aneros it doesn’t necessarily hurt but feels uncomfortable and good at the same time. It’s really a balance between pain and pleasure. It’s very hard to describe but it’s not so painful.

Are you relaxing and using lots of lube and taking your time? You shouldn’t be having any pain, it will distract from the pleasure. Which aneros do you have? The larger ones might take a little getting used to.
