Weight lifting, yoga or pilates with aneros in?

Title is someone self explanatory, but I am curious if anyone here has had success (or failures) willing to share by exercising with an aneros model in?

I just did some weight lifting with my helix syn trident in and it was a mixed bag, although anytime I was on the floor exercising, I definitely could feel the toy fluttering about down there.

  1. I have a Peridise, it’s fun having it in while doing chores. Sometimes I do stretching, yoga, bodyweight squats, etc.

    I suppose in theory you could do your whole workout, but it might be a little distracting at a public gym, and embarassing. So this is just for at home.

    Plus, even thought it’s smaller, you still have to be conscious of how/where you sit. So any serious working out, not for me.

  2. I like doing some stretch exercises and walking around but I soon have an intense desire to lie on my back with one knee up HEHE.

  3. I’ve tried wearing it around the house but find it gets uncomfortable after awhile
