Last night I spent an hour with my helix syn. I laid down with feet flat and knees up. Immediately once I laid down, the sensations started. I felt a mild sensation of electricity running through and out my hands and feet, coupled with the feeling of my hands and feet being tied/cemented to the floor along with the auto feeling of my muscles contracting. The sensation passed and I moved around a bit. I laid down about a half hour later and began doing a lot of fast and hard contractions. The same sensations came back but so much stronger. I felt cemented to the floor and had surges of heat and a feeling of my whole body inflating and floating away like a balloon. It ended like a few minutes later. What was this?

It happened similar to me, where it starts in the whole body and then you just don’t feel your body at all just the euphoria in your head like you are floating in the whole room. It happened twice now and I was surprised because I never read about it. I came 3 times close to it happening again, but guess the circumstances weren’t right those times or wanted it too much to happen again. It also happened with a Helix both times. Other models can bring me close, but the Helix brought the most success using it in the end after the others. It also takes a long time for me to get there, but it’s worth it. I hope to have more time again for experiments. Headspace and days of abstinence seem to be very important, which is not easy to achieve in this work live balance.
