I think it’s a HFWO if you’re not touching yourself when ejaculating and it’s triggered just from the Aneros stimulating your prostate. However, you might also say it’s cheating. A Super T is just normal masturbation to climax with a toy inserted.

I’ve had nearly identical orgasms the 1st few HFWOs I managed to hit. I think it really depends on how soon the ejaculation is after stopping penile edging. Is it several seconds or closer to a minute before ejaculation?
When the latter happens to me, it results in a couple or handful of p-gasms before ejaculation. I consider that a HFWO. Edging to ejaculatory orgasm from penile stimulation is just an enhanced JO orgasm. Then again, due to edging, it might not be technically hands-free either way.
