Sensation

Where should I focus on when relaxing, I’ve heard some people said to focus on prostate exclusively while some other said to focus on other sensation such as chest, abdominal and legs.

I kinda can’t do the second one cuz I don’t really know what I’m looking for. Do yall have any descriptor that might help?, like is it similar to a chill, tickle etc

Thanks in advance

  2. I think breathing technique is most important as it helps you to relax the whole body. Once you get to that stage and enough lube and toy contacting your prostate you will get tingles and feeling around it. Sometimes I get shudder or tingles in other part of my body, chest, leg, abdominal area. Just let it flow and then after bit of calm and then sudden increase rate of heartbeat and breathing I achieved super o. Best is to focus but not force it would be my advice and enjoy the feelings.

  3. Lots of things… just need to learn what’s best for you and your body… nipple stim really helps get me over the edge

  4. I’ll try to describe what makes sense in my head, so pardon if it sounds like esoteric bullshit. This might not even explain anything, but I’ll try.

You’re no doubt familiar w/ the twinges of pleasure that arise from jerking-off. When fingering or in the middle of an Aneros session, those same twinges aren’t as frequent nor do they propagate from the same place as when jerking-off, but they’re present and stick around for longer. Bodies vary, so these twinges happen in different places for different folks, hence the chest, abs, legs, etc.

For example, during an Aneros session, I will eventually get a twinge of pleasure well within the prostate that doesn’t go away if I key-in on it. I call this the “seed of orgasm.” Once I’m focused, the goal is to “let it blossom” while not losing it through either ejaculation, loss of focus, trying too hard, or even having a hard-enough dry-o. If I’m able to “hold onto” this “seed,” this twinge that doesn’t go away, it’ll grow and grow and “blossom” into a p-gasm. It’ll “die back” into its little “seed form,” a simple pleasure-twinge, and then it’ll grow and grow and “blossom” again. And again. And again.

I get it to “blossom” by feeding it w/ focused attention, mental arousal, Aneros stimulation and kegels. Nipple stimulation isn’t the ticket for me like it is for some folks, but it helps, too. I can also “incorrectly tend the seed” by holding a kegel too hard for too long or if I get carried away in fantasy or accidental penile stimulation, causing it to “die back” early or ruin an orgasm.
