How do I separate the pressure from the pleasure?

How do I separate the pressure from the pleasure? With aneros or without it, either by little contractions or just breathing into the area, I start feeling something around my prostate but 90% of the time it is just some pressure and very scarcely it turns into pure pleasure of little waves. To me it feels as if the muscles in the area are too tight even though I am trying to relax them at all times. As if the pressure is blocking the pleasure from flowing freely… Also other pressure around my ass/ buttocks/thighs feeling remains for hours after a session.

I feel like this is the main issue hindering my progress and keeping me from having P waves and HFDOs (never had any after years of trying). Hopefully someone understands what I am talking about here. I feel as if I fix this pressure thing I will be good to go.

Any idea on how to separate the prostate/muscle pressure from the pure prostate pleasure who had the same problem? Big thanks to those who contribute some advice!

  2. I have very similar issues. The pressure I experience often builds to the point that I have to stop and go pee. Also, although I wouldn’t describe the pressure as painful, it’s not pleasurable and it creates a distraction. I’m eager to see what responses you get.

  3. I used to feel something like that, and my wife likes to test my limits and would push it harder and more aggressively than I would on my own. think that really helped me progress fast. Also if you are feeling the urge to pee you may be going in too far and hitting the bladder. Ground zero is right inside the inner sphincter. As soon as you pop through “the tunnel”then push toward the front of your body. You can get to your goal by lightly playing with it or by being more aggressive.

  4. I have same issue. Only way to overcome is to relax even more but the pressure gets too much some time and more pain than pleasure. Not like oh it’s gonna hurt me so bad pain but enough pressure to distract from pleasure. I’m wondering if taking something to relax would help but any pointers would be great.

  5. so off the top of my head it sounds like you have a tense pelvic floor. i’m probably in the same boat. here are some things i’ve found to be helpful.

    * pelvic floor stretches
    * belly breathing exercises
    * orofacial release – loosening your neck and your jaw muscles (supposedly these can impact your pelvic floor but i think it’s more of a nerve thing)
    * vagus nerve exercises
    * using your aneros in the bathtub (hot water, don’t need to worry about peeing, even hypothetically, which makes a difference)

    these are all things that can promote relaxation, which means better breathing and better oxygenation of your tissues.

    in my experience, i can’t get going with p-waves etc unless i am totally relaxed, which isn’t often. the most intense pleasure happens when the toy is as far out of me as it can go without falling out. starting the pleasure only requires the lightest of contractions (especially with the ‘top’ muscle). i have brought my arousal down during a pleasurable session from clenching too hard.

    hopefully something here helps.
