I bought aneros eupho couple of months ago and played around. Had some pleasurable feeling but nothing major. Last night I had what I believe a clear pathway to a super O, so I thought I’d share what I learned and what worked well. There are 2 factors which helped me.
First – lately I realized I could separate muscle groups while doing kegel exercises. There are 2 major groups – muscles near the anus and muscles surounding base of the penis. That’s the one I started focusing on. I learned to only activate that part of muscles. It feels like pulling muscles down (direction from penis base to anus) while activating anus muscles feels like you pull in. I lay on my back, pillow under the butt and legs bent and feet close to the butt.
Second – I didn’t ejaculate for 5 days. I always felt my progress was stalled because I was always ejaculating and was not horny enough. I think going longer without ejaculation helps to feel sexual energy and easier to recognize good sensations.
So last night I wasn’t particularly horny but I thought I’d still do a session. I laid on my back and started doing exercise I mentioned above. Very quickly I felt gradual pleasure in prostate region and it became very good after a while. Made me breathe more actively. Then it subsided a bit and for the first time involuntaries started which felt like beginnings of orgasm. The whole session was the best I ever had and I think I am very close to a super O.

What you’re saying is to use the muscles of the anus instead of the ones in the base of the penis?
