  1. Totally normal, especially if you relatively new to it. Everyone is different, lots of other factors go into how often you can use it w/o feeling a little sore, such as session length, session intensity, and the toy used. Age, health, and even diet can also be factors. Give it rest for a couple of days, and maybe pace yourself a bit in the future, and you’ll be fine.

  2. 5 days in a row seems a bit much. I usually give myself at least a day between. Remember you’re not running a race, you can’t rush this stuff by doing it very often.

  3. Its more likley the surrounding muscles not the prostate itself,I experienced this during urination early on,just tap the brakes on your frequency.
