I haven’t got much out of the aneros yet but as per the advice here I am persisting. I think I’m progressing nicely, albeit rather slowly. The last few sessions I’ve had a problem. The best move I can do is pushing it out and sliding it back in again (no hands touch the toy, of course). This feels fabulous and I was starting to feel warmth in the right place. But, about every 3 pushes it pops out and the rhythm is lost. Are my lack of experience and muscle control causing this problem? Or should I buy a different toy. I have the helix syn. Wouldn’t a bigger one stay more firmly inside?

I am having the same problem
Sometimes my SO crosses his legs while laying down to keep it in. Have you tried that?
I know we often have problems if we switch positions. Gravity does its thing.
I don’t know what model you are using, but for general advice, I would suggest slightly less pushing and more pulling contractions of your muscles. I still have this problem with my Progasm blackProgasm Iceon occasion because it is so slick and if my muscles clench it can slip. You could possibly try a little less lube, but that may end up being counterproductive. It may just come down to muscle control after all. I’m also curious of others’ suggestions and any possible solutions to this.
Edit: Just saw that you have the Helix Syn(oops). Since I also have that model, my suggestion of less lube could help. I have had great results just with a thin coating of coconut oil on it. You could try that, however if it feels even slightly uncomfortable, add more.
