Has anyone every experienced a burning feeling after peeing, maybe a day or so after a session with the Aneros?
I’m currently having this burning feeling in my dick after peeing and it’s been about 36 hours since my last session (a pretty intense one) I’m still a newbie so I’ve only had 5-6 sessions in total over the course of 8 months.
I did a google search for burning feeling in penis and I found that there’s something called prostatitis, which basically is swelling of the prostate leading to discomfort while peeing and a few other things. I know that when you use the aneros it swells up your prostate because it is being stimulated. If the Aneros is causing this burning sensation I will have to call it quits unfortunately. It would be such a shame because I’ve made so much progress on this journey and have experienced new levels of pleasure which I never thought was possible. Really hope this is just a random thing caused by spicy food or something.
Let me know if you have ever had a similar experience.

The best advice is not to look on the internet for reasons of discomfort or pain, whatever they may be.
Go see a doctor, especially if you have a partner.
But otherwise, to answer your question, I have never had this symptom after using a prostate massager.
I’m not sure of the cause, but you can take AZO to help with the pain. It does change your urine to a dark orange color, so don’t freak out if you do take it.
A burning feeling while peeing is commonly paired with an STD. Go see a doctor.
Yes in my (non-medical) opinion, it could be a touch of prostatitis caused by vigorous stimulation, or caused by contraction of the pelvic muscles which can irritate nerves in the area, creating the sensations you’re talking about.
You should possibly talk to your doctor. They might give you heavy duty antibiotics called fluoroquinolones that do have a fairly serious side effect profile, so you might want to look into them before you take them, if that’s what you’re offered.
You may also want to look up a pelvic floor physical therapist. Unfortunately this will most likely involve them putting their finger inside you to release trigger points in your pelvic floor so the tense muscles begin to stop irritating the nerves.
The burning may go away if you leave it. I’ve seen a couple of other guys make a similar complaint and just waited it out, the slowly started again with their aneros-ing. Obviously I don’t advise ignoring it though.
Coincidence is always plausible as well, but it does seem there are risks with massaging the prostate. It’s not all as simple as ‘it’s good for prostate health’ and that’s it, that’s a very simplistic picture.
