Anyone else having an issue with the somewhat rough, granite-like texture of the surface of their aneros product? Slipping a condom over it solves the issue, but I go through so many condoms. Besides, you’d think something designed to be inserted into a sphincter would be a bit smoother.

YMMV, but I understand some take fine sandpaper to make it more polished.
Have you tried the black silicon-covered version of most of their toys–it is much smoother, with a bit of give to it.
I’m thinking you have a bad product. My MGX is smooth, almost polished except for the ribbing around the base. I’d contact customer support & get it exchanged
Doesnt bother me but I don’t think I would compare it to granite.. maybe yours is unusually rough? Mine are not polished like the Progasms but still are very smooth. I hear a lot of people polish them further so maybe give that a go.
