How do you handle the shakes?

I love aneros and have had a handful of Super Os, but I always seem to plateau at body shakes. They are pleasurable but often shift my mind back into striving after tension to achieve more pleasure which, of course, kills the pleasure build.

Any tips on how to deal with shakes? Do you gently suppress them and quiet your body?

  1. Just try to breath through them take a couple deep breaths and basically try to ignore them while there happening

  2. They are usually quite exhausting and not pleasurable enough. But, of course, I don’t want to stop them by force and lose momentum. Most of the time time to time I find that if I’m successful at ignoring them and breathing through them, I can get to this pattern – dry orgasm, shaking, dry orgasm, shaking, dry orgasm, shaking, then relaxation, and finally deeper pleasure and a possibility of a super o (if it gets to this point – it doesn’t always).

    Alternatively, you can shift positions.

P.S. I know that they are not just usual shivers, but for some reason I also find that shakes happen more intensively if it is colder in the room. If the temperature is very warm, then they happen less or are less distracting.

  3. They do feel like shivers to me, too… but I don’t shake convulsively

  4. Clench your body and then release while pretending you are falling. If you do it right, you’ll trigger a reflex in your vestibular gland in your head that really feels like you’re falling for a second. That works on the shakes when I get them. It’s a yoga trick I picked up in some forum.

  5. Very rarely do I get that feeling of the shakes. When I do get the shakes, I have this strong urge to clench down. Have tried to relax and let the shakes happen but my body reflexes won’t let that happen . Any thoughts on how to over come this?
