This is actually incredible. I thought I could manipulate the Aneros well after 2 years of use. I am a not a newbie to this, yet I feel like I was doing it wrong the whole time!
People usually just say to move the Aneros use your PC muscle (the same one that bounces your dick) so I did. I isolated the muscle and could hold and move it well.
This would cause the Aneros to move but not much maybe in and out 2-3cm. I was doing the same in my last session but felt like I saw videos of peoples Aneros’ practically fucking them in a in and out motion.
I thought I tried it all. being super relaxed, relax the sphincter muscles and let the toy do the work but I was wrong. Your sphincter muscles can go a level deeper to practically not holding anything in. I realised that your base level of muscle relaxation (so you not thinking about tensing your pc/base muscles) isn’t actually how relaxed they can go but a mere constant flex you do unconsciously to stop shitting and pissing yourself.
So I can’t describe the feeling of what I did but the closest thing is a reverse kegal but a very light one. Then the PC clench. This caused my Aneros to move so much better and it felt much better than what I was doing before.
Im sort of confused because I’m not doing a traditional reverse kegal, I am not pushing in any way shape or form. I am using my mind-muscle connection to physically move my asshole to open and relax further. Best I can describe it is a light reverse kegal minus the pushing.
Even without the toy, moving my muscles in this way send pleasurable waves I can feel in my prostate.
TL DR:
Instead of using just your PC muscles to move the toy, you need to go further than just relaxing your muscles by doing a very light reverse kegal before your PC clench. This will cause the toy to actually move like intended instead of only moving slightly with just a basic PC flex.

Another little thing is you can practice this technique right now, completely relax your pelvic floor muscles. Now try force your asshole to relax further by trying to make it open slightly, eventually it should become easier to control. It’s similar to the motion of relaxing to take a dump but not pushing or how you see them videos of people showing off their gape (sorry for the vulgar example it’s the only way I know how to describe it)

Here’s a technique to understand what this feels like next time you’re in the shower:
* Soap up a finger and gradually work it inside your hole. Just hold the finger in.
* Deep inhale followed by a slow exhale while you relax from shoulders all the way down.
* Keep relaxing like this until you feel your hole relaxing around your finger. Eventually, it will feel completely relaxed.
* Keep relaxing until you can pee while you still have the finger stationary inside yourself.
* As you pee, do another slow, relaxing exhale and focus on relaxing all the way down to your hole to keep it relaxed.
Doing this has helped me to really feel when I’m in a good and relaxed state while I have a toy inside.
Yeah I’m not super active here but a major hurdle for me was realizing to relax my hole while using the PC muscles, like if you push out while still allowing that pc contraction it’s essentially gliding back and forth.
I only really figured that out through a lot of research, isolating the PC muscles, and then relaxing one time/realizing my clench was preventing movement.
Throughout my entire journey I’ve never been able to induce involuntary contractions. Now I’ve seen this post, I think this may be the reason why
I need to try that so bad !
