Peridise arrives tomorrow! any tips?

So exited to use this toy, I love my helix. This is my second aneros toy i’m getting. I know it’s not for prostate stimuli but i can get pretty good pleasure from just focusing aless with no stimulation, so i hope this toy can work along side that.

Is there any tips or things you wish you knew before using this toy?

I was using my PC muscles wrong and saw instant results after doing it right

This is actually incredible. I thought I could manipulate the Aneros well after 2 years of use. I am a not a newbie to this, yet I feel like I was doing it wrong the whole time!

People usually just say to move the Aneros use your PC muscle (the same one that bounces your dick) so I did. I isolated the muscle and could hold and move it well.

This would cause the Aneros to move but not much maybe in and out 2-3cm. I was doing the same in my last session but felt like I saw videos of peoples Aneros’ practically fucking them in a in and out motion.

I thought I tried it all. being super relaxed, relax the sphincter muscles and let the toy do the work but I was wrong. Your sphincter muscles can go a level deeper to practically not holding anything in. I realised that your base level of muscle relaxation (so you not thinking about tensing your pc/base muscles) isn’t actually how relaxed they can go but a mere constant flex you do unconsciously to stop shitting and pissing yourself.

So I can’t describe the feeling of what I did but the closest thing is a reverse kegal but a very light one. Then the PC clench. This caused my Aneros to move so much better and it felt much better than what I was doing before.

Secret perineum muscle?

Hi I read a post talking about a muscle that is located directly in the perineum that if contracted very lightly sends pleasurable feelings. This muscle works for me, its like I’m directly contracting the area around the prostate not the PC muscle. When I do a regular PC contraction it doesn’t really feel like anything, just makes my dick bounce. This other muscle sends an instant feedback of a small amount of pleasure. It doesn’t even feel like I’m contracting it but I can do it at will. I’m exited to try to use this muscle paired with my Aneros and see if I can finally see some success with the toy as I’ve never hit any type of orgasm.

Just wondering if anyone knows of the muscle area I am talking about. It’s definitely not the top muscle that is referenced in mindgasm it feels deeper than that like it’s directly next to the prostate.

nipples are more sensitive than my prostate?

i love nipple play but when i do it, it drowns out the sensations down below. How can i use my nipples to get more pleasure out of my p spot or do i just focus on nipples and the p spot feelings get stronger?

No involuntary contractions but still feel pleasure?

Hey, been using my aneros for around a year. No orgasm yet but it’s starting to feel pretty good. I feel pleasure but i don’t think i ever get involuntary contractions? i would love to experience the whole “auto-fuck” of the aneros but i just can’t seem to get them to start. Is there any tips for getting them going?

range of motion is very small?

I see in some videos where the aneros is moving in and out very smoothly and has a great range of motion but when i use it i can’t really get it to move very well. i know lube is not the problem because i drown myself in coconut oil and it feels very slick and easy to put in and out.

but i just can’t get the toy to move very well? i do kegal exercises and can move my sphincter muscles separate to my pc muscles but when i try to move my pc muscle it doesnt really pull the toy in

please help I think i may be doing kegals wrong or do i need to do a reverse kegal after i contract?

does lying completely flat work for anyone?

i would love to lie flat on my bed but would this interfere with the aneros’ movement?

it seems like the most comfortable position for me. i was wondering if anyone has had any success with it
