No involuntary contractions but still feel pleasure?

Hey, been using my aneros for around a year. No orgasm yet but it’s starting to feel pretty good. I feel pleasure but i don’t think i ever get involuntary contractions? i would love to experience the whole “auto-fuck” of the aneros but i just can’t seem to get them to start. Is there any tips for getting them going?

  1. I don’t often get involuntaries, but I do get pleasure. I can force them to start but to me it doesn’t feel enjoyable. However once the pleasure great a lot and they started in a truly involuntary manner. No orgasm yet but I think it was basically just about it kick off at that point, I stupidly interfered and stopped the involuntaries though 🤦‍♂️

  2. I don’t really like the term involuntary contractions because I feel it sets up counterproductive expectations.

I think that when people refer to involuntaries they refer to either of two things:

    – For beginers / people learning one of the first identifiable pleasurable sensations is sort of a buzzing, small muscle spasms or vibrations with very low amplitude. This feeling is amplified by the aneros if you are relaxed in general, but your muscles are locked at an imbalanced point.

    – When I feel that the aneros is actually “self-fucking” me, I’m already experiencing high levels of bliss and I don’t feel my muscles contracting, just the aneros moving. For the buzzing / spasms sensation I actually feel the buzzing in my muscles. This second sensation is more advanced and requires more practice.

…but that’s my personal opinion. Maybe my learning journey was just significantly different from how it went for other people that describe it that way.

Good luck and have fun 🙂
